The comment represents the feeling of commitment and dedication that Pulte employees exert toward maintaining the company’s goals and values. At Pulte, not only are our customers treated like family, but also the growing number of employees are also treated with the highest respect and are seen as part of the Pulte family unit. Being a new employee to Pulte Homes, I came in with the anxiety of fitting in and being treated fairly, which to cease my amazement, I was treated like I had been part of the team for years. Pulte is very team oriented and emphasizes their company culture in everything they do. Everyone works together to obtain common goals and we rely on the relationships that we have built within the company to excel in all that we do. At Pulte, one of the greatest aspects of the job is that they give their employees the trust and involvement to make their own choices. The management does a very good job of stepping in when necessary, but most importantly, they make sure everyone feels comfortable and take time out of their schedule to constantly keep in contact with new hires. Pulte has an open door policy, and employees are constantly in contact with the president of their division. The company exceeds my expectations every week, and at this time I just want to state my gratitude and happiness working for Pulte Homes!
