I remember it vividly. It was a blinding snowstorm here in Southern California. I was crawling on my hands and knees, no shoes, no shirt, and no food or water for three days and then I saw it! There through the blizzard was the Pulte billboard sign, with its bright sun above the logo, so warm and comforting. It was right then I knew I had to work for this company. Seriously, I was asked the other day by one of our new hires why I work here. I told him it’s because, to this day there has not been a day I have not looked forward to coming to work…ever! Every day I’m able to see the pure “Delight” in our Homeowners. Who would not want to work for a company that provides such rewards?
