I will not be able to fit all of the reasons that Pulte is a great place to work on this page, I could never explain it in, with the detail it deserves, in 250 words or less. Instead I will write about why Pulte is a horrible place to work. There is only one reason that comes to mind when I think about the disadvantage of working at Pulte Homes. It is the constant solicitation I receive from other companies. They are trying to steal me away to the greener side of the fence. They have all heard about the incredible amount of training I have received. They talk about the outstanding commitment to customer delight that has been instilled within me, I would be an invaluable asset to them, because I have been taught so much about integrity, innovation, involvement and quality. "People trained at Pulte consistently out perform all of their other new hires. You can help us so much" they say. Well, I always respond in the same way to each and every call. I say" Sir I appreciate what you are offering me, I understand what you have said. All of those qualities, and the training I have, that interest you. Well, They make it a lot greener over here at Pulte, on this side of the fence. Thank you, but I think I will stay right here. At Pulte, where it truly is a great place to work."
