Why I feel Pulte is a great place to work. After leaving the military in 2000 I was unsure what the future had in store for me. I worked in different sales jobs and moved to the top but still the self-actualization that you gain when you do something good for others was missing. When I discovered Pulte Homes and was hired in 2003, I finally felt as if I was making a difference in others lives. Being able to find ways to put people into homes that they never thought possible makes me feel great. In many cases, it was a couple’s first home where many memories would be made. Also creating neighborhoods that families will enjoy for years to come give me the sense of accomplishment that goes beyond just a paycheck. I have met many fabulous people within the Colorado division who are talented people that offer nothing but kind hearts and like attitudes. The environment that Pulte breeds, is one of comfort and encouragement. They are always looking for ways to push you to do better and set the bar higher. This is to me, what makes Pulte Homes a great company to work for.
