I have been looking for a company that encourages me to grow with them as well as enjoy coming to work. I have found that company in Pulte Homes. Prior to joining the Pulte family my career was in a stagnate state. I did not look forward to going to work everyday. But now that I am a Pulte employee I enjoy everyday. My future is bright and in front of me to go get. I have a smile on my face everyday, which allows me to be the person I wanted to be. You might ask how do I know this—because my four-year-old daughter Bella told me so. You see I use to come home in a vegetative state and now she sees the spirit and compassion that I have for going to work. If my family, friends, and employees see my desire and passion for Pulte Homes then that confirms what I already knew that Pulte Homes is THE GREATEST PLACE TO WORK.
