Don’t you think it should say ... Why Pulte is a great place to stay active and productive instead of the word WORK? The word WORK just seems to carry a negative connotation and that is not how I feel about Pulte. You see, when you come to a place where you are greeted everyday by what you consider family members with smiles, you don’t consider it WORK. When you have a fellow employee suffering due to a serious illness or saddened by the loss of a loved one in death, it doesn’t seem like WORK to volunteer your personal time to try to support them in any way you can. Don’t get me wrong – we get a great amount accomplished in our everyday activities at Pulte, but it is not grueling WORK. Although I’m employed by Pulte because I need to make a living, I can honestly say I enjoy it. The foundation that Pulte has allowed me of a good solid job has also enabled me to purchase a Pulte home of my own. Every evening I go home to a beautiful Pulte neighborhood where, yes, I have other employees as neighbors as well as my only sister! I know I am running out of my word count so I’ll sum it up this way – Thank you Mr. Pulte and my Pulte family for your vision and providing me with a safe, fun environment to come to everyday – both in my employment life and home life!

They don’t get it. Most companies don’t realize that it’s always about the people that put it all on the line for them. My initial impression of Pulte Homes was forged on the basis of that fact. They get it! There is a concerted effort put forth daily – that lets you know you are appreciated. It had been a goal of mine to be aligned with an organization that embodies the true meaning of humanity and values. A place where the stated objective is actually exceeded by the work that follows. I don’t know Bill Pulte personally, but if he’s anything like the spirit that permeates throughout his “family”, then he’s truly remarkable. There isn’t anything done within this company without care. There is no voice that goes unheard. With each and every achievement there’s always a sense of gratification that’s real. I’ve seen the rebirth of dreams in eyes once lost, as well as new ones unfolding in eyes too young to know what a bad company looks like. I see faces of all colors and creeds of various ages that have come from different culture – to form one. I cannot think of anywhere else in the world where what we have exists. For those reasons alone, and many more that escape me – This is the very best company to work for! I am proud to be a Pulte employee!
