My first day with Pulte was April 12, 1999, and ever since then I am more and more impressed with this company. Everyone has always been very cordial and done their best to make me feel at home. There are countless reasons I believe Pulte is the best company to work for. Pulte offers the very best training for all employees, whether experienced or new to the industry. There’s also so much opportunity to advance in the company so that we can fulfill our potential. Our management staff is incredible. With Pulte we actually get to see our CEO. He regularly has company meetings so everyone is aware of where our company is headed; which is the top of the industry. The working conditions are by far the best. Pulte does not hold anything back when it comes to taking care of its employees. They have specialists come in to do surveys of its employees to be sure we’re happy and they can make changes as necessary. Pulte offers employees parties that are always top notch. Our benefits are tremendous and our human resource department is always looking to improve them. Pulte also does many, many little things to make everyone feel good; for employees they may bring in specialized coffee vendors, snow cones, cupcakes, lunches, or bagels. To me, Pulte is the best company to work with for many reasons. I am proud to be a part of this organization and look forward to great things to come.
