Pulte Homes/Del Webb is a great place to work because the energy level is consistently in the stratosphere in every department. Everyone works at a very efficient pace and knows that their job is important to the success of the company and that our work is appreciated by our management team and will be properly recognized. The goals of our division are shared with us on an ongoing basis so we are all on the same page, plus we have frequent social events that are sprinkled with business which allows us to mix outside the workplace and get to know each other better. Even though we work in various locations we see each other often enough to have the team feeling. The training we’re exposed to keeps us fresh and isn’t simply job oriented training. Much of what we experience carries into our personal lives and will stay with us forever. The overall philosophy of our company is to delight our customers and deliver a high quality product on time, which has resulted in our overwhelming success with J.D. Power surveys. The training and philosophy ties everything together, which yields a positive “can-do” attitude that is evident throughout our division. From the beginning you are trained and mentored, supplied with everything you need to ensure success. Pulte constantly encourages their people to stay green and continue to learn long after training. Initially I was amazed at the attitudes of the people who worked for the company. I soon began to realize why they felt as they did as I soon began to feel as though I had another family, a very large family within Pulte Homes. The teamwork that is displayed throughout the company is beyond belief. We are constantly encouraged to work together to meet our common goal, which is to go above and beyond for our homeowners. Pulte has the belief that in order to have delighted homeowners, they must have delighted employees. Our motto in Vegas is “work hard, play hard” and that we do. Pulte expects a lot from their employees and rightfully so, after all we are building the “American Dream”. Pulte has many fun and exciting events throughout the year for their employees as well as the families of the employees. They encourage us to get to know one another on a personal level. Not only do we have a lot of parties we also have a yearly company trip. The leaders of Pulte are very respectable. They are there for you whether you need them professionally or personally. Pulte believes “you should do the right thing” and they empower all of their employees to do so. We are treated with trust, respect and encouragement.
