Although I have only been with Pulte for a year, I have seen a transition for the better in every aspect of my life. It’s all about attitude and when you are delighted to go to work everyday, everything else just falls into place. We have a contagious culture of success that shapes a lifestyle. We have a team of winners who always possess a positive mental attitude. When I get home each night, I too talk about work, but it sounds a lot different than the average person’s conversation. Rather than getting down about a co-worker’s promotion, I see another opportunity that has been created by Pulte’s continuous growth. Instead of complaining about my boss ordering me around, I boast about the freedom I am given to make decisions that directly impact our success as a company. After graduating from college I continued my education at John Carroll University’s MBA program while my friends entered the job market. I had quite a few friends who started with Pulte in May of 2003. I never heard people talk so highly of a company before, so I decided that I would do anything to be a part of the Pulte culture. In March of 2004, I began the interview process. Every person I met, greeted me with a smile, their excitement was incredible and their dedication to the company was unparalleled. A few months later, I witness the same attitudes and smiles everyday as a Pulte employee! Each morning when I wake up I am excited to go to work because of the people I work with, and I know Pulte is giving me the best opportunity to grow as an employee and person! As a new college graduate, I look forward to the endless growth opportunities and I hope to be a part of the Pulte Culture for many years to come!
