I have spent, literally, half my life working for Pulte Homes’ Houston Division. For 23 years I have always been treated kindly, respectfully, and professionally by my coworkers and division management and have always felt like an appreciated and valued member of our Team. I have witnessed first hand the extraordinary growth our Company has experienced—growth that would not have been possible without a corporate culture where employee ideas, comments and concerns are encouraged and valued. The opportunities I have been afforded, from active involvement in all phases of recruiting, conducting interviews of all Division Customers at closing, to managing the division office and providing support for the City President and OPS Team, have been wonderfully demanding, seriously challenging and always great fun. I have had the fortune to be surrounded on a daily basis by bright, energetic, driven individuals with an obvious passion for their work for a Company that appreciates my hard work and effort.
