In this day and age of corporate downsizing and quotas, is there such a thing as “Happily Ever After” in the workplace? Only if you work for Pulte Homes! In the last 2 years, Pulte has invested in my personal development by offering mentoring programs, continuing education classes and Managers that inspire, motivate and encourage me to think out of the box. This is a company that believes in balance: personally, spiritually and professionally. An outsider may find all of this hard to believe, only because it is so rare – yet, we (Pulte employees) live it everyday! I learned early on to believe in my skills and abilities because unlike other companies, Pulte will count on YOU to be an emerging leader in whatever position you hold! This is a company that doesn’t map out your future, your goals, you determine all whatever they may be! When you get down to it, it’s not about the money or corporate ladder or even Pulte’s integrity, innovation or quality, it is about their people (the Pulte family). It is about loving what you do and making a difference in people’s lives. Imagine going to work with positive, fun and insightful people who are always trying to move the business forward.
