I have had the privilege in knowing this feeling first hand being a former member of the elite Army Ranger's. I believe that the qualities that Pulte holds as requirements for their employee's parallels the military in many ways. For example, one must be very honest and forthright when working with the homeowner, one also must be organized and punctual, be willing to work harder than his/her predecessors. I believe most importantly that an individual that works for Pulte must be willing to work as a team. That team is what characteristic that is most important to me. Teams pull together in tough times, teams pull together when it counts, teams don't let other members fall behind. Finally teams that do all this win because their attitude exudes their aptitude. Pulte's aptitude is second to none from my perspective. Aptitude is what I want to carry on to the next Pulte employee. It is this domino effect that is necessary for an organization to carry on and the belief in each other that it works. I have not been around long, but I have witnessed these extraordinary traits in many of its employees.
