Working for a builder has been a wonderful learning experience. I will soon be looking to buy my first home and Pulte has taught me what to look for and what building a quality home is all about. Through the actions of my coworkers, I have also learned what a rewarding experience it is to make a happy homeowner. Pulte employees all seem to go above and beyond their duties. After all, customer satisfaction is what Pulte Homes is all about. Pulte encourages an employee to prosper within. I have been give more responsibility in my position, which has enabled me to learn more about Pulte’s goals, its operations, and what it takes to be a successful Fortune 500 company. I have enjoyed meeting members of the company at division meeting and seminars who are all trying to achieve the same results of gaining a homeowner for life. I have also been given the opportunity to train employees at other sites, which gives me a great deal of satisfaction in knowing that I can help and guide other employees within the company. The people that you work for ultimately make coming to work a satisfying experience. Pulte Home has acquired those people who are encouraging, motivating, and interested in employee growth. I am proud that I chose Pulte Homes as my first job out of college, and I will continue to work hard to further my career within the company.
