These courses are intended to help both new and experienced managers master Pulte's required processes of performance management, recruitment and selection, progressive discipline:
- Performance based Management helps managers become more effective by recruiting and selecting the best people for the job, mutually setting goals and objectives, coaching employees for optimal performance, conducting fair performance reviews, and building individual development plans.
- Recruitment and Selection teaches participants how to utilize a consistent, formalized interviewing process that will help to pre-screen, interview, assess and select based on job-related criteria.
