MENTORING PROCESS
We do not leave employee training to chance!
Once on board, every new employee will have an opportunity to become part of the industry-leading mentorship program.
A program designed to develop the new employee through one-on-one interactions with an experienced and knowledgeable team member.
Sales, construction, land and customer relations new hires are placed with certified Top Gun/Wingman mentors
for a period of 3 months for formalized on-the-job training and mentoring.
NEW HIRE TRAINING
Pulte Homes emphasizes training and professional development for all employees, regardless of job title or function.
In certain areas, where actual field experience and industry knowledge are critical for success,
we have developed World-Class training programs custom-tailored to our business.
Once paired up with the trained Top Gun or Wingman, our 3 months formal new hire training program will use a structured,
modular approach to teach Pulte Homes’ philosophy, values, and systems, as well as processes and procedures necessary
to perform day to day operations in a particular department.
This on the job development will include shadowing your mentor, learning the World-Class manual, exercises and role-playing.
"The Zone" EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION
“The Zone” Orientation is a regional event that includes all new Pulte Homes employees.
It is a fun and exciting way to become familiar with Pulte Homes’ processes, structure and culture.
In addition to the “The Zone” Orientation, when a new employee starts, they are invited to enter “The Zone” online orientation website.
The website allows new employees to quickly explore all the critical information they will need to be successful within our organization. |
