Top Gun is a high-energy week-long training program for high potential-high performing employees within the organization who are chosen to attend based on their experience, proven leadership, and desires to help the company achieve success.
The Top Gun Sessions take place at off-site locations where the attendees receive instruction on mentoring new hires, training best practices, driving business results, initiating change and developing their leadership capabilities.

The experience that we created last week will forever have a place in my being as part of myself. As I read the many testimonials from so many people, it reinforced my feelings that this truly was an experience that probably will not be replicated. Ross Perot once said that “Eagles don’t flock – you have to find them one at a time.” Thanks to the Pulte family for gathering so many eagles in an incredible flock. We are TOP GUN and we DO BELONG! This past week was such an energizing, inspirational, thought provoking, experience due to people like you! Your love for what you do is very evident and you are not only the best at your individual jobs, you are just simply the best! It’s mind boggling to think what could be if more of our world thought the way you do, had the integrity you do, had the passion you do, and so on. To have the opportunity to be a part of a company such as ours, with the opportunity to be involved with such exceptional people, is something we all need to take a step back from occasionally to be sure we truly appreciate it.
